摘要
目的:分析中西医结合在治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石上的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院2012年10月-2013年10月入院接受治疗的100例男性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者,随机将其分成治疗组与观察组,治疗组使用中西医结合治疗的方式,观察组使用单纯西医治疗的方式,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组的临床治愈率、总体有效率相比观察组效果更好,两组差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:临床治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的过程中,中西医治疗效果显著,安全性更高,在临床治疗过程中值得大力推广。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of integrative medicine on chronic cholecystitis plus gallstones. Methods： 100 male patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group, the treatment was given the integrative medicine, the observation were treated with western medicine. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results： The curative rate and the total efficacy in the treatment were better than those in the observation, differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on chronic cholecystitis plus gallstones with higher safety, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
