摘要
文章以福建船政交通职业学院管理工程系为例,针对职业生涯规划课程在实际教学过程出现的诸如课程内容理论化、教学方式缺乏实践指导等问题,从课程设计、教学方法、教学实践等方面提出教学改革的思路。
Taking the students in Department of Management of Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College as the target,and according to the problems that occur during the teaching process of Career Planning,such as too theoretical,lack of guidance for teaching methods,the paper puts forward the thinking to reform the education from the perspectives of curriculum design,teaching methods,and teaching practice.
