吸气肌训练的临床研究进展 被引量:60

摘要 不管是平静状态下呼吸还是用力深呼吸,吸气都是主动用力的过程,因此在呼吸过程中保证吸气功能的良好是十分必要的,为此我们强调进行吸气肌本身的训练.吸气肌训练是锻炼以膈肌为主的具有吸气功能的肌肉,以增强其肌力和耐力,改善心肺功能,促进运动能力的恢复.此种训练方式在肺康复临床中的应用已有超过30年的历史,国际康复领域中关于吸气肌训练的研究重点仍然集中在心肺疾病上,而国内此类研究虽然开展较早,但对吸气肌训练的认识尚不充分,对其价值也未有最终定论.为此我们特将吸气肌训练的机制和临床应用加以概括总结,并对当前国际上的研究动态进行探讨以引起国内同仁的关注与重视.
