摘要
本文分析了风险管理的主要内容 ,风险分析涉及到风险识别、风险量化、风险评价、风险规避以及风险管理等方面。对于岩土工程项目可能存在技术风险、经济风险、社会风险以及环境风险等 ,需对各种风险进行恰当的评价 ,从而实施有效的岩土工程风险管理。文中详细分析了香港地区的岩土工程风险管理方法 ,其诸多方面的经济值得内地借鉴 。
Risk management which deals with risk identification, risk quantity, risk assessment and risk evasion is studied herein. Technical risk, economic risk, social risk and environmental risk may exist in geotechnical engineering. These risks should be assessed properly so as to carry out effective risk management. Procedures of risk management about geotechnical engineering in Hong Kong are studied in detail. Its experience about risk management merits use for reference in the Mainland to establish comprehensive risk management system of geotechnical engineering.
