摘要
目的探讨临床护士工作满意度及影响临床护士工作满意度的相关因素,为提高临床护士工作满意度提供参考依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、工作满意度量表,对160名护士进行调查分析。结果临床护士工作满意度总分为151.83±27.22分,其中福利待遇得分最低,工作氛围得分最高。多元回归分析显示,护士受教育程度及婚姻状况是影响护士工作满意度的因素。结论提高护士的受教育程度可以改善临床护士工作满意度,稳定护士队伍。
Objectives To investigate the clinical nurses'job satisfaction and influencing factors ,and to provide ba‐ses for improving the job satisfaction of clinical nurses .Methods A total of 143 clinical nurses were recruited and investigated with a self designed questionnaire and a job satisfaction questionnaire .Results The overall score of clinical nurses’ job satisfaction was 151 .83 ± 27 .22 ,and the 1owest satisfaction was welfare and the highest one was working atmosphere .Multiple regression analysis showed that influencing factors of clinical nurses'job satisfac‐tion included clinical nurses'level of education and marital status .Conclusions Improving the level of education of clinical nurse can improve clinical nursesjob satisfaction and stabilized the nursing team .
