摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:采用麻杏石甘汤合止嗽散加减配合头孢等抗生素治疗小儿肺炎。结果:治疗组治愈率90%,与对照组相比较,疗效明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。提示:本法具有迅速缓解临床症状,恢复肺脏功能的作用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on infantile pneumonia. Methods：Treating infantile pneumonia with ingredient-altered Maxing Shigan Decoction and Zhisou Power （Zhimahuang, Xingren, Shengshigao,Yuxingcao, Jinyinhua, Zhebeimu, Zhikuangdonghua, Dilong） combined with Cephalosporins. Results：The curative rate was 90%,compared with the control group treating 50 cases with western medicine, the efficacy was obviously better（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Thistreatment has the advantage of relieving clinical symptoms and recovering the lung function.
