摘要
目的:讨论研究百合乌药汤联合平胃散加减治疗浅表性胃炎的临床疗效与价值。方法:选取我院消化科浅表性胃炎患者58例。随机分为A、B两组分别给予胶体果胶铋胶囊与百合乌药汤联合平胃散加减进行治疗。比较使用不同药物后治疗总有效率。结果:B组患者其治疗总有效率100%显著高于A组患者75.9%,B组治疗效果较好(P<0.05)。结论:百合乌药汤能够发挥其健脾和胃,行气止痛之功效;平胃散加减可燥湿运脾,行气和胃。联合使用可标本兼治,短时间内缓解患者各类不适症状;对病原微生物起到杀灭作用并增强胃肠蠕动。使用中药方剂不良反应少,安全高且能显著提高疾病治疗效率。
Objective： Discuss the clinical value and effect of Lily and Radix Linderae Decoction combined with Pingwei powder onthe treatment of superficial gastritis. Method： 58 cases of superficial gastritis patients in gastroenterology department of our hospital wereselected and divided into group A and B. Group A was treated with colloidal bismuth pectin capsules and group B was treated with lily andradix linderae decoction combined with Pingwei Decoction. The total effective rate of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results： The total effective rate of group B is 100% which was significantly higher than that （75.9%） of group A. So group B showedhigher effective rate （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Lily and Radix Linderae Decoction can strengthen spleen and harmonize stomach, promote qicirculation and relieve pain. Pingwei powder can dry dampness and enhance spleen, promote qi circculation and harmonize stomach. Thecombination of the two medicine can treat symptoms and root causes, and relieve discomfort of patients in a short time. It can killpathogenic microorganisms and enhance gastric bowel peristalsis. TCM formula has little adverse reaction and high security. It also cansignificantly increase the curative effect.
