摘要
目的:了解类风湿关节炎缓解期中医巩固治疗的疗效。方法:将96例类风湿关节炎患者经西医二联治疗诸症缓解后分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予一般治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,依据舌脉症象辨证分型,给予中药制剂口服治疗。结果:治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论:中药口服可预防类风湿关节炎的复发。
Objective： To understand the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on rheumatoid arthritis at remission stage. Methods：96 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into a treatment group and a control group after symptoms relieved by two unite treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with common therapy, while the patients in the treatment were treated with Chinesemedicines according to syndrome differentiation by tongues except for common therapy. Results： The recurrence rate of the treatmentgroup was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： Chinese medicine can prevent the recurrence of rheumatoid arthritis.
