摘要
目的:了解类风湿关节炎急性发作期中医治疗的疗效。方法:将126例类风湿关节炎急性发作期患者分为治疗组和对照组:对照组给予:1免疫抑制剂;2对症治疗。治疗组依据舌脉症象辨证分型,给予中医综合治疗。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中医综合法疗可提高类风湿关节炎的疗效。
Objective： To study the curative efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on acute attack of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：126 cases of acute attack of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were givenimmunosuppressants and symptomatic treatment. Patients in treatment group received syndrome differentiation according to their tongueand pulse and were given comprehensive treatment of TCM. Results： The curative efficacy of treatment group was significantly better thanthat of the control group. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment of TCM can increase the curative efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis.
