摘要
将我国经济从"速度时代"推向"质量时代",是我国经济增长方式的重大转变。论文从"质量时代"的内涵出发,研究了我国经济增长从"速度时代"转向"质量时代"的现实与理论必然性,提出质量自觉、群众感知、质量驱动、平衡增长和充分的质量信息是"质量时代"的5个主要特征。论文还从改革政府质量监管、标准体制、质量中介、质量评价和创新"中国制造"品牌等方面,提出了加快我国经济进入"质量时代"的政策建议。
Changing China?s economy from Velocity Era to Quality Era is an important transition of economic growth pattern.Starting from the characteristics of Quality Era,this paper investigates the practical and theoretical logic of the transition from Velocity Era to Quality Era and proposes five characteristics of quality era, namely quality consciousness, citizen?sperception, quality driven, balance growth and symmetric quality information.This paper also proposes suggestions to promote China?s economy into Quality Era, which include reforming government?s quality supervision, standardization institution,quality mediums,quality evaluation and innovating the “China Made”brand.
