粒度差异对氧压酸浸闪锌矿浸出效率的影响 被引量:1

The effect of size difference on leaching efficiency to oxygen pressure acid leaching of sphalerite

摘要 本试验以丹霞冶炼厂氧压浸出车间现场流程为基础。经过技术改进后的二段砂磨机将矿浆中-40μm含量由65%提高到83%,取磨矿前后矿浆为浸出物料,在实验室进行小型氧压酸浸闪锌矿试验。结果证实了浸出物料变细,浸出效率会提高。浸出物料变细后,浸出渣的渣率降低,浸出渣中Zn品位下降,锌资源回收率提高,减少了资源浪费。以试验结果提高2%的浸出效率来算,冶炼厂原年生产10万t锌锭,每吨1.45万元来计,每年将提高厂收益2900万元左右。 The test is on the basis of the on-site process in the Oxygen pressure acid leaching workshop of Danxia smelter. After technical improvement,the content of -40μm can be increased from 65% to 83% through the secondary vertical agitating mill. The pulp before and after grinding was taken respectively as raw materials of leaching, and then small oxygen pressure acid leaching sphalerite experiment was carried out in the laboratory. The experimental results show that, as the size of leaching material become smaller, the leaching efficiency become higher. Along with the diminution of the size of leaching material, the residue rate of leaching residue reduce, the grade of Zn in leaching residue also reduce, that brings recovery ratio' s increase of Zn resources, reduces the waste of resources. 100000 tons of zinc ingots can be produced per annum in Danxia smelter former, and the prices of Zn ingot about 14500 yuan per ton, if the leaching efficiency increased by 2%,earnings of Danxia smelter will increase around 29 million each year.
