摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将2011年3月-2013年5月我院收治的96例冠心病患者随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组给予阿司匹林、硝酸酯类,β受体阻滞剂及钙离子拮抗剂治疗,观察组在此基础上给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,用药4周,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医症候疗效情况均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效方剂,与西药联合使用,能明显提高临床疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on CHD. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine western medicine; another was given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.Results： In 4 weeks, efficacy of angina pectoris, ECG and TCM symptoms in the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction shows good effect on CHD, and is worthy of clinical application.
