摘要
2011年,浙江省进行了"三位一体"招生模式改革试点,对于探索改变高考"一考定终身"的传统做法、扩大高校和考生的双向自主选择权、激发大学教授参与治校的积极性和主导性、建立高校自主招生中的"自律"机制等进行了大胆的尝试,并取得了一定的成效。但是,"三位一体"招生模式在观念、制度和操作层面还存在一些问题,应进一步建立健全政府、高校、中学和社会的协同共治体系,完善以人为本的多元评价招考体系,深化改进招生改革中的考试形式和内容,探索减轻中学生学业负担的可行途径。
In 2011, the reform pilot of "trinity" admission mode in Zhejiang Province made a bold attempt in changing traditional college entrance examination, namely, "one examination deciding one's whole life", expanding colleges and candidates" two-way choice, inspiring the enthusiasm and initiative of professors in management, establishing the "self-discipline" mechanism of the independent recruitment in colleges and universities, and some achievements have been made. However, the "trinity" enrollment mode still exists some problems in idea, system and practice. We should further establish and improve the collaborative governance system of the government, colleges and universities, middle schools and the society, and perfect the people-oriented multi-evaluation enrollment system, deeply improve the examination form and content during the admission reform, and explore the feasible paths to lighten the schoolwork burden of middle school students.
