摘要 本文建立了在肝脏和血液中存在乙肝病毒(HBV)或丙肝病毒(HCV)的数学模型,并且考虑了抗体的作用.得到了两个阈值参数R01和R02,它们决定了HBV/HCV感染和抗体反应的持续性和绝灭性.结果表明,当R01<1时,病毒最终被清除,抗体反应消失;当R02<1<R01,病毒在宿主中存在,但是抗体反应最终消失;当R02>1,病毒和抗体反应最终在宿主中持续. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model of ordinary differential equations describing the dynamics of hepatitis B virus (HBV) or hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the liver and the blood, where antibody response is considered. For the model, two threshold parameters R01 and R02 are found, which determine the persistence or extinction of HBV/HCV infection and antibody response, respectively. And both of the associated basic reproduction numbers are obtained. The obtained results show that when R01〈1, the virus will be cleared out eventually, and the antibody response also disappears; when R02 〈1〈R01, the virus persists within host, but the antibody response disappears eventually; when R02&gt;1, both of the virus and the antibody response persist forever within host.
