摘要
学习和回顾内部审核的做法,提出内部审核不仅是全面审核,更要抓住重点,体现PDCA循环,还需要领导重视,发挥骨干作用,全员参与。内部审核方法不仅适合实施了ISO9001标准的医院运用,对没有实施ISO9001标准的医院也有借鉴价值。
The practice of internal audit was studied and reviewed.The internal audit is not only a comprehensive audit,but also needs more focusing,manifests the PDCA cycle,needs leadership attaching great importance to,gives play to the role of backbone,and needs full participation.Internal audit method can be used not only with the implementation of the ISO9001 standard in hospital,it can also be used in hospital with absence of ISO9001 standard.
