摘要
目的探讨非外伤性神经外科住院患者院前抗生素的使用情况。方法对神经外科非外伤性住院患者院前1周至入院前使用抗生素情况进行调查、分析。结果 907例非外伤性住院患者中,332例院前使用抗生素,占36.6%。84例使用2种及2种以上的抗生素,占25.3%。院前抗生素的使用以β-内酰胺类最多占69.0%,不规范使用抗生素有164例(49.4%)。结论神经外科作为非高感染率病变科室,院前使用抗生素达36.6%,提示院前抗生素滥用现象非常严重,需加强全社会的教育及采取相应措施杜绝滥用抗生素。
Objective To explore the pre-hospital usage of antibiotics in non-traumatic neurosurgery hospitalized patients. Methods Pre-hospital usage of antibiotics in the department of neurosurgery of non-traumatic inpatients from 1 weeks before to pre admission was investigated and analyzed. Results In 907 cases of non-traumatic patients,there was 332 cases of pre-hospital use of antibiotics,accounted for 36.6%.There was 84 cases using two and more than two kinds of antibiotics,accounting for 25.3%.The use of pre-hospital antibiotics with 15-1actam occupied 69% of the total,non-standard use of antibiotics was 164 cases （49.4%）. Conclusion As a low infection disease department,the pre-hospital usage of antibiotics in the department of neurosurgery was 36.6%,which suggest that the pre-hospital abuse of antibiotics is very serious, need to strengthen the education of the whole society and take corresponding measures to prevent the abuse of antibiotics.
