摘要
目的探讨心理疗法在麻醉手术护理中的临床应用效果。方法将60例手术患者按抛硬币分组法随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用普通护理,观察组采用心理疗法,比较两组干预前后的心率、舒张压、麻醉时间、手术时间及中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)评分。结果干预前,观察组心率为(108.65±9.43)/min、舒张压为(87.18±4.24)mm Hg、CPSS评分为(22.65±5.43)分,对照组心率为(109.84±9.29)/min、舒张压为(87.69±4.73)mm Hg、CPSS评分为(22.84±5.29)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组心率为(80.39±3.26)/min、舒张压为(78.27±3.25)mm Hg、CPSS评分为(16.27±3.35)分,对照组心率为(84.52±4.14)/min、舒张压为(84.56±2.69)mm Hg、CPSS评分为(20.86±4.73)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组麻醉时间为(10.51±2.35)min、手术时间为(202.10±22.23)min,对照组麻醉时间为(14.28±3.47)min、手术时间为(228.98±26.19)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理疗法应用于麻醉手术护理中能更好地确保手术安全,使手术顺利实施。
Objective To explore clinical application effect of psychotherapy in anesthesia surgery nursing. Methods 60 patients received operation were randomly divided into observation group（30 patients）and control group（30 patients） by flip a coin grouping,control group was given general nursing,observation group was given psychotherapy,before and after intervention,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,anesthesia time,operation time and CPSS score in two groups was assessed respectively. Results Before intervention,heart rate was （108.65±9.43）times/min,diastolic blood pressure was （87.18±4.24）mm Hg, score of CPSS was（22.65±5.43）points in observation group,heart rate was（109.84±9.29）times/min,diastolic blood pressure was（87.69±4.73）mm Hg,score of CPSS was（22.84±5.29）points in control group,with no statistical difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the heart rate was（80.39±3.26）times/min,diastolic blood pressure was （78.27_＋3.25）mm Hg,score of CPSS was （16.27±3.35）points in observation group,the heart rate was （84.52± 4.14）times/min,diastolic blood pressure was（84.56＋2.69）mm Hg,score of CPSS was（20.86±4.73）points in control group, with statistical differences between two groups（P〈0.01）.The anesthesia time was（10.51±2.35）min,the operation time was （202.10±22.23）min in observation group,the anesthesia time was（14.28±3.47）min,the operation time was（228.98±26.19）min in control group,with statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Psychotherapy applied in anesthesia surgery nursing can ensure operation safety better,let the operation to carry out smoothly.
