完整结肠系膜切除术在结肠癌手术患者中的应用效果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨完整结肠系膜切除术在结肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 60例结肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施传统的开腹结肠癌手术,观察组采用完整结肠系膜切除术。观察两组患者手术情况和术后情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后住院时间和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组术后3年内复发率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完整结肠系膜切除术在结肠癌手术患者中的应用效果显著,值得借鉴。
