哮喘急性发作期患者血清和肽素水平的变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清和肽素(Copeptin)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法将87例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者根据哮喘严重程度分为轻、中、重度3组,采用ELISA法检测各组血清Copeptin水平,并对血清Copeptin水平与APACHEⅡ评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平进行相关性分析。结果轻度组、中度组、重度组患者血清Copeptin水平依次升高,各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清Copeptin水平与APACHEⅡ评分、血清CRP水平均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Copeptin参与了哮喘急性发作患者的机体应激反应,可作为判断哮喘患者病情严重程度及预后的参考指标。
