摘要
目的比较突触素在Balb/c与C57BL/6小鼠海马各区中表达的差异。方法采用Balb/c和C57BL/6小鼠各10只,心脏灌注多聚甲醛固定后取脑,使用冰冻切片机切片,通过免疫组织化学染色,观察突触素在Balb/c和C57BL/6小鼠海马各区中的表达。结果突触素在Balb/c和C57BL/6小鼠海马皮层各区均有广泛表达,突触素在C57BL/6小鼠海马CA1区锥体细胞层中的表达强度高于在Balb/c小鼠相同区域的表达强度(P<0.05),在Balb/c小鼠中CA3区锥体细胞层中的表达强度高于在C57BL/6小鼠相同区域的表达强度(P<0.05)。结论突触素在Balb/c和C57BL/6小鼠海马各区表达的差异可能是其行为学差异的神经解剖学基础。
Objective To compare the differences of synaptophsin expression in hippocampus between Balb/c mice and C57 BL /6 mice. Methods Each 10 Balb /c mice and 10 C57 BL /6 mice were used,which were fixed with the cardiac perfusion with paraformaldehyde for brain tissue collection. The brains were scliced with Cryostat Microtome. Levels of synaptophsin expression in various subregion of hippocampus in Balb /c mice and C57 BL /6 mice were compared using immunostaining. Results Synaptophsin was expressed in the hippocampus of Balb /c mice and C57 BL /6 mice,and there was a strain difference. Compared to Balb /c mice,there was a higher expression level of synaptophysin in the stratum of pyramidal cells in CA1 of hippocampus and a lower expression level of synaptophysin in the stratum of pyramidal cells in CA3 of hippocampus in C57 BL /6 mice. Conclusion The difference of synaptaphysin expression in hippocampus between C57 BL /6 mice and Balb /c mice may be correlated with their behavioral difference.
