摘要
髋臼骨折属骨盆骨折中的一部分,是累及髋关节的一种严重创伤,大部分的治疗方案还是保守治疗或切开复位内固定。但随着计算机技术的不断革新以及影像技术的快速发展,经皮微创治疗髋臼骨折已经成为了可能。近些年,国内也开始了在解剖和临床对经皮微创的研究,但仍然较少,该文从髋臼的解剖、骨折的分类方面对髋臼经皮微创手术治疗的适应证以及不同类型骨折的手术方式予以概括和总结。
Acetabular fracture is a serious trauma involving the hip joint, belonging to the pelvis fractures, and most of the treatment options are conservative treatment or open reduction and internal fixation. But with computer technology innovation as well as the rapid development of imaging techniques, pereutaneous minimally invasive treatment of aeetabular fractures has become possible. In recent years, the anatomy and clinical studies on percutaneous minimally invasive treatment have started in the domestic field as well, but still insufficient. Here is to make a summary of indications of acetabular percutaneous minimally invasive surgical treatment and different operation approaches for different types of fractures from the perspectives of acetabular anatomy and fracture classification.
