摘要
贲门失弛缓症是以食管缺乏蠕动和下食管括约肌松弛不良为主要特征的临床少见消化系统疾病。其病因尚未明确,治疗主要针对贲门下括约肌。既往多以外科手术治疗为主,随着内镜技术的广泛和深入开展,不断涌现出新的内镜下治疗方法,对贲门失弛缓症的治疗提出了新的思路和方案。该文对本病目前发现的可能病因及腔镜下治疗方法进行综述。
Achalasia is a rare digestive system disease of the oesophagus, characterised by the deficiency of peristalsis and impaired low esophageal sphincter dilatation. The pathogeny of the disease still remains unclear,and the treatment mainly focus on the low esophageal sphincter. Previously the common treatment is surgery operation. However, with the progress of endoscope technology, more and more new methods to cure achalasia under endoscope has been developed. Here is to make a review of the mechanism of aehalasia and the popular new treatment under endoscope.
