摘要
砷是一种类金属元素,多以化合物的形式存在,砷及砷化合物在环境中的分布范围非常广,伴随而来的是全球普遍存在的砷污染问题及越来越多的急性、慢性砷中毒事件。砷一般通过污染水源和空气进入人体内,导致多个脏器的损伤。无机砷是国际癌症研究中心确认的人类致癌物之一,长期暴露于无机砷环境中可引起多系统与器官的疾病,对人类健康造成严重的影响。目前对无机砷毒性的具体机制尚未明确,该文仅对其在人体内的代谢形式、浓度效应、毒性的可能机制等予以综述。
Arsenic is a metalloid element, mostly existing in form of compounds. Arsenic and arsenic compounds are widely distributed in the environment, accompanied by widespread arsenic contamination and more and more acute or chronic arsenic poisoning events. Arsenic usually enters the body by contaminated water and air, resulting in multiple organs damage. Inorganic arsenic is one of human carcinogens according to International Cancer Research Center(IARC) ,multiple organs and systems can be damaged under long-term exposure to inorganic arsenic, and has serious impacts on human health. However, the specific mechanism of its toxicity is not c]ear, and here is to make a review of the metabolism, concentration effect, and possible toxicity mechanisms of arsenic in vivo.
