危重症患者临床营养治疗的卫生经济学评价

摘要 营养支持治疗成为现代危重病治疗的重要组成部分,约100%危重症患者都存在营养不良,不仅增加了住院患者的病死率,并且显著地增加了平均住院时间,最终导致医疗成本和费用的进一步提高。目前存在的问题主要是临床医师对营养治疗不够重视或滥用。原因是对不同临床营养治疗途径的卫生经济学意义了解得少。因此,了解不同的营养支持途径和特殊营养治疗的卫生经济学意义,为今后的临床工作提供科学依据。 Nutrition support treatment has become an important part of modem critical care treatment. Malnutrition happens to almost 100% of patients with critical illness, which not only increases the mortality of hospitalized patients, but also significantly increases the average duration of hospital stay, and eventually leads to the further increase of medical cost and charges. The current main problem is that clinicians do not pay enough attention to the nutrition treatment and the abuse of such treatment, which attribute to the insufficient understanding of the medical economics of different nutrition treatments. Therefore, to understand the medical economics importance of different nutrition treatments and special nutrition treatments can provide scientific basis for clinical practice.
