分光光度法测定两种纳豆总黄酮的方法研究及含量分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为标准,对纳豆、苦荞纳豆中总黄酮含量进行测定分析。试验结果显示,芦丁在0.0μmL25.3μmL范围内线性关系良好(R20.999 8平均回收率为98.94%RSD为1.42%。纳豆中总黄酮含量0.33 g/kg苦荞纳豆中总黄酮含量0.78 g/kg。结果表明,采用紫外分光光度法可以简便、快速、准确的测定纳豆、苦荞纳豆中总黄酮含量,苦荞纳豆中总黄酮含量比纳豆中总黄酮含量高出136%。 Determination of flavonoids in natto and tartary buckwheat natto by spectrophotometry was developed. Rutin was used as standard for comparison. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0μg/mL - 25.3μg/mL (R^2=0.999 8) . The average recovery was 98.94%, RSD was 1.42%.The content of alavonoids in nattos was 0.33 g/kg, and that of 0.78 g/kg in tartary buckwheat natto. Results showed this method was simple, fast, and accurate to determinate the flavonoids in nattos.
