本文介绍了电气工程安装前准备、安装过程中的质量控制以及工程项目过程中人员管理等内容。通过介绍和分析，提出了建筑工程电气设备安装工程的管理措施。
This article introduces the preparing work before electrical engineering instal ation, the quality control in the pr-ocess of instal ation and personnel management in the process of engineering project and other contents, and puts forward the management measures of electrical instal ation work in buil-ding engineering.
