（续上篇） 四 劳动价值论与平均利润率规律：价值向生产价格转化理论 马克思的价值向生产价格转化理论——亦即所谓＂价值转形＂理论——果真解决了劳动价值论与平均利润率规律的矛盾吗？围绕这个问题,自1894年《资本论》第三卷问世,经济学家们争论了百年有余,至今未已。那么,马克思价值转形理论究竟是怎样的？该理论究竟如何解决劳动价值论与平均利润率规律的矛盾？
Both the labor value theory and the marginal utility theory admit the factors of production congealing and consu- ming in the commodity labor, capital, and land, which are the source and entity that the use value generates. The divergence of the two, directly speaking, depends on whether labor, capital, and land are the source and entity of exchange value, basically speaking, on whether use value is the source and entity of exchange value, and finally depends on whether the paradox of value exchange value and use value are opposite in their value is reasonable.
