摘要
借助DEA-Malmquist指数法,分析了中国31个省域森林公园2003~2011年间运营效率的动态变化特征。分析结果表明:森林公园运营效率平均提高了5.9%,技术进步是主要的贡献因素,而技术效率的作用相对较弱;在该期间内,森林公园运营效率呈现振荡上升的特征;省域间的个体差异严重,江苏省运营效率上升最高(15.3%),河北省下降最多(-7%);中部是运营效率上升幅度最高的地区,而西部地区对技术进步依赖程度最高。
Using the DEA-Malmquist index method,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of operation efficiency of China's provincial forest parks during the period of 2003-2011. The study finds that the provincial forest parks' operation efficiency has been improved by 5. 0%,and the main contribution factor is technical change,but the technical efficiency change has little effect on the operation efficiency. Then,the oscillatory rise is the characteristic of the provincial forest parks' operation efficiency during this period. Moreover,serious differences exist in the operation efficiency between the provincial forest parks,for example,Jiangsu has the highest growth 15. 3% in operation efficiency,Hebei has the lowest reduction-7%. Furthermore,the growth of operation efficiency in the Central region is the highest,and it in the western region mostly depends on the technical progress.
