摘要
本文运用现代国家治理思想,认为政党制度协调处理的基本政治关系的核心元素就是党权、政权和民权三者之间的关系,并从切实保障政党权利、科学配置政党权力、积极完善政党监督制约机制、不断改善政党活动方式四个方面,对我国多党合作制度化建设中的关键要素进行了简要分析。为此,建立了政党制度系统框架中的政党权利、政党权力和权力监督制约的分析范畴,探究了科学建立政党、国家和社会关系中的政党治理模式。
By applying the modern ideology of national governance, the writer believed that in the political party system, the core element in dealing with basic political relations is the relations between the party authority, regime and civil rights. The writer also briefly analyzed the key factors in our systematic construction of multi - party cooperation in China, i.e. practically safeguarding the rights and interests of the political parties, scientifically allocating the authority of political parties, actively perfecting the political party supervision and restriction mechanism, and constantly improving the activity modes of political parties. For this purpose, the writer defined the analysis scope of the political party rights ＆ interests, authority and the supervision and restriction of such authority in the political party system, and explored the political party governance model of scientifically establishing the relations between political parties, the country and the society.
