摘要
近期政治经济理论界的研究,主要围绕十八大报告和十八届三中全会决定中有关经济领域改革与发展的重大阐述,形成了对有关基础理论和实践问题的研究热潮,出现了一些新的突破性观点。改革进入全面深化阶段,在坚持中国特色社会主义道路选择基础上,进一步完善社会主义市场经济体制成为全面深化改革的关键,这要求重新认识市场与政府的关系,超越以往市场的基础性作用之定位,确立市场在资源配置中的决定性作用。围绕这一重大问题,理论界对政府与市场的关系做了进一步厘清;基于社会主义初级阶段基本国情,对公有制和非公有制的地位、作用和相互关系也展开了深入研究,并基于新的表述进一步探索了混合所有制问题;改革中涌现的收入差距和社会公平问题依然是理论界的聚焦点,如何深化收入分配制度改革理论界存在多种呼声;《资本论》的当代问题研究得到强化,思考和争鸣不断涌现;新的问题意识推动政治经济学基本问题研究不断深入。
Recent studies of the political and economic field, mainly around eighteen Third Plenary Session of the report and the descriptions of the major decisions on the reform and development in the economic field, forming the basis of theoretical and practical issues related to research boom, there has been some new breakthrough of the point of view in the report of eighth session of the National People＇s Congress-eighth session of the Third Plenary Session. Entering the stage of deepen reform, while adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics based on choice, to further improve the socialist market economic system has become the key to comprehensively deepen reforms, which requires new understanding of the relationship between the market and the government, establishing the decisive role of the market in resource allocation beyond the basic role of the position in the past the market. Around this major problem, theorists has the relationship between government and the market been further clarified; based on the primary stage of socialism＇s basic national conditions, launching an in-depth study of the role and relationship about the public sector and non-public status and making further exploration of the mixed ownership issues based on the new formulation. Income disparities and social justice issues emerged in the reform remains a focal point of theorists, how to deepen the reform of income distribution system theory there are multiple voices; Contemporary Issues in ＂Das Capital＂ has been strengthened, thinking and contend emerging; awareness of new problems promote research basic issues of political economy deepening.
