摘要
在讨论农业科技创新成果转化与现代农业发展关系的基础上,分析了江苏省农业科技创新成果转化在促进农业现代化发展中存在的优势与问题。结果表明,江苏省农业科技创新的实力雄厚,创新成果转化的效果显著,应用平台已基本建成,成果创新转化体系初步建成。但江苏省农业科技创新成果的供需间存在着结构性失衡,成果的转化应用需要强化深入,创新成果商品化和产业化所需要的支撑体系不完善制约着转化应用的健康发展,创新成果转化的活力尚有不足,在产学研结合的体制机制上还存在一些束缚;省级财政用于投入转化阶段的资金比例偏小,财政资金的带动作用有限。基于此,提出了促进江苏省农业科技创新成果转化的政策建议。
Based on the relationship between the transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation a-chievements and agricultural modernization development, the advantages and problems of the transformation in agricultural modernization development in Jiangsu province were analyzed. Because of the solid strength in the innovation of agricultral science and technology, remarkable transformation achievements were made, application platforms were constructed, and a system for achievement transformation was developed. However, some issues still restrained the achievements transforma-tion, such as structural diseguilibria between supply and demand, imperfection of the supporting system for commercializa-tion and industrialization of the achievements, and the insufficiency of the fiscal capital investment. Therefore, some sug-gestions on facilicating the transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation were proposed.
