摘要
文章论述了高校中情报流的构成情况、特点、运动规律，以及情报流管理的现状，提出了进一步加强情报流管理的意见。
The paper makes a discussion of the condition of the structure,the features and the laws of motion of information flow in institutions of higher learning in China as well as the status quo of its management, and then the views on further strengthening the management of such a flow are proposed.
