摘要
本文结合病案举例的方法,论述中医药在治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(sequelaeofPID)方面的优势。中医认为,盆腔炎性后遗症的病因有湿热、寒湿、气滞等不同,但其主要病机为病邪瘀滞胞宫,导致胞宫气血失和,故治疗主要以活血化瘀止痛为主。
This article discusses the superiority of Traditional Chinese Medicine treating with sequelae of PID by giving a clinic ease study The causes of sequelae of PID including hot-dampness,cold-dampness and Qi depression.The main pathogenesis is the stasis of pathogenic factors in uterus,resulting in the qi-blood disharmony in the uterus.The main therapeutic method is promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving pain.
