摘要
针对中温热力管道系统中温度测量不准确的问题,提出了一种提高T型热电偶温度传感器的温度测量准确性的方法。首先,对T型热电偶温度传感器进行数据标定;然后利用最小二乘法对实测数据进行分段拟合;最后,采用误差评估原理,确定出T型热电偶温度传感器的最佳校正方程。经试验验证,此方程有效提高了中温热力管道系统的测温准确性。
Aiming at the problem was not accurately of medium temperature heat pipe system for temperature measured. A method was proposed of improving measurement accuracy of T type thermocouple temperature sensor. Firstly,the T type thermocouple temperature sensor was date calibrated;then,the least square method was utilized to fit the data of actual measurement for segmented fitting;finally,by utilizing the principle of error evaluation,the corrective equation of T type thermocouple temperature sensor was determined. Through validated with test,correction equation was effective to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement of medium temperature heat pipe systems.
