摘要
该文介绍了在线高压电机绝缘检测系统的工艺流程和硬件结构,以及检测系统中通信网络的构成。分析了系统串口通信操作模式和读、写数据协议帧格式。并据此给出了采用轮询方式分时检测多台高压电机的绝缘值,并实时采集检测数据的软件实现方法。针对系统实现过程中遇到的干扰信号,对多组不同工况下的实验数据进行了分析,并给出了系统硬件的改进方法。经系统实际运行表明,检测过程安全、便捷,检测结果准确、可靠。
The process flow,hardware structure and communication network structure of the on-line inspection system for HV motor insulation were introduced. Besides the serial communication operation mode and reading/writing data protocol frame format were analyzed in the paper. Based on above these,the software realizing method of inspecting several HV motors insulation by means of polling mode ,as well as real-time collecting inspecting data were present- ed. In order to eliminate the signal interference,the author analyze the multiple experimental data in different working conditions,so as to figured out the improved method of system hardware. The practical applications indicate that the system inspecting process was safe and effective,the inspecting results were precise and reliable.
