摘要 为了更好地满足复杂试验系统中对仪器智能化控制的要求,设计了一种基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制的智能化高压脉冲发生器。采用模块化设计结构,使用VB、EasyBuilder和STEP 7 MicroWIN作为编程语言,开发了PLC与触摸屏和上位机之间的控制程序,利用可编程逻辑控制器调节高压脉冲发生器的输出脉冲幅度,控制高压脉冲发生器实现触发、复位等功能。可通过触摸屏和上位机对仪器进行本地和远程操作,实时调节和读取仪器的状态,高压脉冲发生器具有较好的操控性和人机交互性,实现了仪器的智能化。 In order to better meet the requirements of complex test systems to intelligent control of instrument,A high voltage pulse generator was designed that was intelligent based on programmable logic controller (PLC). Modular structure design has been adopted,the VB,EasyBuilder and STEP 7 MicroWIN were used as programming language, Control program developed between the PLC and touch screen, upper controller. Output amplitude of the device was adjustable by PLC. Moreover,some function such as trigger and reset can be done. The generator can work for local and remote mode respectively controlled by touch screen and upper controller. Work status of the high voltage pulse generator can be change and access,It has a better hangling ang human-computer interaction,consequently,the device was intelligent.
