摘要
目的了解临床护士的灾害护理能力及认知状况,为开展灾害护理继续教育和培训提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法抽取长沙市3所三级甲等医院临床护士300名,运用自行设计的灾害护理核心能力量表及灾害认知量表进行调查。结果临床护士灾害护理能力总均分2.88分,急诊护士各能力得分显著高于其他专科护士(P<0.05,P<0.01);临床护士对灾害护理非常认知者仅5.3%～51.7%。结论临床护士的灾害护理能力与认知处于中等水平,应开展灾害护理继续教育和技能培训,提高临床护士的防灾意识和应对能力。
Objective To identify disaster nursing competencies and cognition in clinical nurses, and to provide reference for continuing nursing education. Methods A total of 300 clinical nurses were selected from 3 tertiary hospitals by using convenience sampling method and were asked to fill out a self-designed disaster nursing competencies and cognition scale. Results The disaster nursing competencies of clinical nurses scored 2.88 points. The competency scores in emergency nurses were significantly higher than nurses working in the other departments （P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. About 5.3% -51.7% of the nurses believed they recognized the importance of disaster nursing. Conclusion The competency and cognition of disaster nursing in clinical nurses are at medium level. Disaster-related continuing education and skill training should be provided to improve nurses＇ disaster preparedness and coping ability.
