摘要 通过对斜轧变形区空间几何关系的分析,推导出斜轧时接触面上任意点轴向滑移系数的理论计算公式,进一步用实测数据通过计算机得到了接触面上的轴向滑移系数场,弄清了轴向滑移系数在接触面上的分布规律。在公式推导过程中同时给出了变形区内某点轧辊接触角及轧件接触角的确切定义及变形区长度理论计算式。 As a result of analyzing the region of deformation in skew rolling for space geometry,it has been put forward how to theoretically evaluate the axial sliding coefficient of any point along the surface of contact between the roll and workpiece.Furthermore,with data tested,an axial sliding field has been developed and a pattern that the axial sliding coefficients are distributed has been worked out by a computer. A formular,which can be used to calculate the length of contact area, has been reasoned out.In addition,the definitions have been given to the contact angles of both the roll and workpiece.
