摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的就业问题越来越突出,尤其是民办院校毕业生的就业就更为明显。国民的就业率是国民生活水平质量的保障,同时也是我国民生的根本。而创业则是高校毕业生就业质量水平的最高体现。培养毕业生的自主创业意识是提高民办院校毕业生就业率的最好途径,而其中辅导员对学生创业能力的培养起到了决定性的作用,就民办院校毕业生的自主创业能力培养存在的问题进行分析,阐明了辅导员在其中的重要作用。
With the rapid development of social economy, our country＇s employment problems are more and more prominent, especially the private higher vocational college graduates＇ employment is more obvious. The national employment rate is the guarantee of the national standard of living quality, but also of the people＇s livelihood in China. And entrepreneurship is the highest embodiment of the employment of university graduates quality level. Cultivating graduate self-employment consciousness is the best way to improve the private higher vocational college graduates employment, of which the counselor to the cultivation of students＇ entrepreneurship has played a decisive role,in this paper, the private higher vocational college graduates self-employment ability analysis of existing problems, clarified the instructor in one of the important role.
