摘要
1例59岁男性患者行冠状动脉造影+球囊扩张术+冠状动脉支架植入术后规律口服阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等药物治疗,2个月后患者舌及口腔黏膜出现多发性浅表性溃疡。患者自行停服氯吡格雷,其他药物继续口服,口腔溃疡逐渐减轻,1个月后基本消失。再次口服氯吡格雷2个月后,多发性口腔溃疡复现。停用氯吡格雷后溃疡逐渐愈合。
A 59-year-old male patient received regularly aspirin,clopidogrel,etc. by mouth after operation for coronary angiography,balloon dilatation,and coronary stent implanting. Two months later,the patient developed multiple and superficial oral ulcer on his tongue and oral mucosa. The patient stopped clopidogrel medication by himself and other drugs were continued. The oral ulcer alleviated gradually and disappeared one month later. The oral ulcer recurred when the patient received clopidogrel for 1 months again and healed after the clopidogrel withdrawal.
