摘要
近年来,城市公共空间雨洪事件频繁发生,风景园林设计师开始思考在对其进行规划设计时,除了满足日常功能与美观外,对雨水资源的管理和利用。分析雨水利用环节,提出公共空间景观结合雨水资源利用的设计原则,并选取建筑物、场地、道路与城市河道4种类型的城市公共空间,从可持续发展的角度探讨雨水资源利用的不同景观途径。指出为实现雨水可持续利用的目标,需要政府与各部门的合作,通过健全法律、法规、政策以及公众教育等方式来对其进行管理。
In recent years, rainwater events happened in urban public space frequently. They made landscape designers begin to review the rainwater resource management and utilization of public spaces except the functional and aesthetic design. The paper analyzes the rainwater runoff process, puts forward the public space landscape combine with the design principle of rainwater resource utilization and selects four types of urban public space, which are building, ground, road and urban river to explore the ways the landscape from the perspective of rainwater resource utilization for sustainable development. It points out to achieve the goal of sustainable use of rainwater requires cooperation with various government departments through improve laws, regulations, policies and public education to carry- on the management.
