摘要
气力输送是近年来发展起来的一门新兴技术。本文对水平直管气—固两相流动作了理论研究,提出了三个公式:即颗粒群的悬浮速度公式;颗粒群的运动速度公式和总的压力损失公式,并用这些公式进行了实例计算,结果满意。该公式可用于气力输送装置设计或改进。
Recently the pneumatic conveying is of a new technique,This paper gives basic research of the two-phase flow of gas-solid for the straight horizontal pipeline,presents three formulae,i.e.the formula of the sus pension veiocity of particles,the formula of the velocity of motion of pacticles and the formula of pressure loss.Results of calculation by these formulae in a practical example have been proved to be satisfactory and used to design or improvement for pneumatic conveying devices.
