摘要
二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是一种ω-3系列长链多不饱和脂肪酸,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤等作用。本文就DHA的作用及其在水产养殖中的应用作一综述。
Docosahexaenoic acid （DHA）is a kind of omega-3 long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids with the functions of anti-tumor,antioxidant,and so on.The functions of DHA and its application in aquaculture were reviewed in this paper.
