摘要
以科普文化为基础的城市智能社区建设,就是通过物联网、云技术、neemo手机等新技术和科技产品构筑社区智能物联系统,促进社区服务与管理的智能化发展。智能社区建设的成功依赖于社区管理体制的改变、政府的持续支持和居民自身的努力。
The smart city community construction based on popularizing cultural knowledge employs the new technology via the Internet of things, cloud technology, mobile phone, NEEMO and the technology of constructing com- munity intelligent material system, which can promote the development of intelligent community service and man- agement. The success in the intelligent community construction depends on the change of community management system, the government＇s continued support and residents＇ own efforts.
