基于Halbach阵列的车用可控磁通电机电磁分析

摘要 针对新能源汽车的电安全问题以及转矩安全问题,提出一种采用Halbach阵列变磁阻结构的可控磁通永磁电机。对电机空载特性、工作状态特性和安全特性进行了有限元仿真。仿真表明,电机能够满足车用电机的需求,并且能保证新能源汽车的电安全特性与转矩安全特性。 Taking electrical safety and torque security into account,a controllable flux perma-nent magnet motor with variable reluctance struc-ture in the form of Halbach array is proposed.And finite element simulations about no load charac-teristics,work status characteristics and safety characteristics are carried out.Simulation results show that the motor can meet the needs of the ve-hicle and ensure electrical safety and torque securi-ty.
