某EPR核电厂取排水方案跳泵功能分级研究

摘要 中国某核电厂采用欧洲先进压水堆(EPR)技术,厂址条件与参考电厂不同,在事故工况下其最终热阱设计采用海水库的闭式循环取排水方案,同设计参考电厂技术考虑存在差异。根据EPR核电厂安全分级原则,采用功能分级指导物项分级的思想,对该EPR核电厂循环冷却水系统和辅助冷却水系统跳泵功能进行功能分级和设备分级,并给出相关物项的安全要求。分析结果表明,需对原设计进行安全级别的改进,以保障核电厂的安全运行。 The advanced European pressurized water reactor (EPR) technology is adopted by a domestic nuclear power plant.However,due to the difference of site condition,the water intake and drainage scheme with seawater pool in closed circulation is adopted in the design of the heat sink for emergency conditions,which is different from that of the reference power plant.According to the principles of EPR safety classification and the idea of classifying items based on their functions,the pump tripping function of the circulating water system (CRF) and auxiliary cooling water system (SEN) are classified both in functions and equipments.The associated safety requirements are also proposed.The analysis shows that the safety classification of the original design shall be improved to ensure the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
