摘要
根据混流式水轮机转轮内叶道涡现有研究资料,介绍了叶道涡的产生原理、分类及危害,重点阐述了补气、转轮叶片修型、活动导叶修型及转轮更换等几种减轻消除叶道涡的方法,为发生叶道涡引起的水轮机事故的水电站提供了参考及借鉴。
According to the existing research data of channel vortex in Francis turbine runner ,This article introduces the principle ,classification and endangerment of the channel vortex.Several methods to reduce and eliminate the channel vortex are specially expounded ,such as air injection ,runner blades repairing ,guide vanes repairing,replacement of runner,and so on,which will provide a reference for the hydropower station having turbine accident,caused by the channel vortex.
