摘要
为了能够找出基本预备费各影响因素自身在导致其费用发生方面的重要程度,运用故障树分析法(fault tree analysis,FTA),在构造出影响因素故障树模型的基础上,对设计变更、自然灾害、建设场地变更三大影响因素的相关发生概率进行了调查统计,推导出各影响因素的敏感程度和重要程度。其结果表明,该方法得出了导致电力工程基本预备费发生的三大主要影响因素在其中所处的地位和优先级,为在电力工程的实际建设过程中提高基本预备费的使用效率提供了理论参考依据。
In order to find out the importance degree of influencing factors in basic reserve fund, based on the fault tree analysis ( FFA), this paper constructed the FFA model for influencing factors. On this basis, the associated probabilities of occurrence of three main influencing factors: design changes, natural disasters and construction site changes were surveyed and analyzed. And then, the sensitivity and importance of each influencing factor were deduced. The results show that the method can obtain the status and prior of the three affecting factors in the basic reserve fund of power engineering, which can provide a theory reference value for the utilization efficiency increase of basic reserve fund during the actual construction process of power engineering.
