HIV/AIDS高效联合抗病毒治疗及不良反应分析

摘要 目的探讨不同高效联合抗病毒治疗(HAART)药物组合治疗HIV/AIDS患者的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对符合治疗条件的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者采用国家免费提供的抗病毒治疗药品进行治疗,对患者体内的病毒载量及CD4+T淋巴细胞计数检测,对患者出现的不良反应进行随访调查,对检测及调查结果进行统计学分析。结果经过18个月的HAART治疗患者体内的CD4+T淋巴细胞数目显著提升,病毒载量显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HAART能够显著改善艾滋病患者的临床症状,是目前艾滋病防治的有效方案。
