摘要
目的研究14-3-3β在人体食管鳞癌的表达,探讨其表达与临床病理及预后的相关性。方法免疫组织化学法检测组织芯片中78例食管鳞癌和其配对的癌旁正常组织的表达。结果14-3-3β在食管鳞癌组织细胞核中中度阳性及强阳性占62.8%(49/78);在癌旁正常组织中中度阳性及强阳性占17.9%(14/78),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);14-3-3β蛋白在食管鳞癌组织细胞质中中度阳性及强阳性占69.2%(54/78);在癌旁正常组织中中度阳性及强阳性占29.5%(23/78),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。14-3-3β表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度有关,随着分化程度的降低,14-3-3β在细胞质和细胞核中均高表达(P〈0.01),与性别、年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤的大小和生存率无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论14-3-3β在食管鳞癌中表达上调,该蛋白高表达于细胞核和细胞质,并与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of 14-3-3 β in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESSC) tissue, and to explore the relationship between 14-3-3 β and clinieopathological factors, prognosis. Methods The 14-3-3β expressed in tumors and adjacent normal epithelia from 78 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The mild and strong expression in the nucleus of esophageal squamous cell careinoma and adjacent tissues was 62.8% (49/78) and 17.9% (14/78),there was significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The mild and strong expression in the cytoplasm of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues was 69.2% (54/78) and 29.5% (23/78), there was significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). The 14-3-3β was associated with the differentiation degree of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(P 〈 0.01 ). It had nothing to do with sex, age, TNM stage, size and survival rate (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The expression of 14-3-3β is significantly up-regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients. The expression of 14-3-3β in the nucleus and cytoplasm is higher and has positively associated with tumor differentiation degree.
